Hello, everyone!

I have a few quick updates I am going to share with you! I had been a bit busy but soon I will go back to my normal productivity!

Next game jam: Scream Jam 2021!

The first big update is that the October 13th I will participating on the Scream Jam 2021. Most of the team is the last game jams usual members that made games like Sense of Unity, Ostrich Run, Paw Pals and Yemita, but also we will have some new members that will join and will add new blood to the team (blood pun intended, because horror game, you know?)

One small curious detail is that it will be my first horror game. I am really bad at playing those kind of games (they usually are really scary for me) so we will see how that thing turns out!

As always, I will be posting updates during the game jam on my Twitter account and also I will make a post-mortem public once the jam winners are announced.

Got promoted to Senior Software Engineer

Another new, is that at my current job at etermax I got promoted to Senior Software Engineer. It has been a long journey to get to this position but I am grateful for the path. Having a complete career path inside a company is a great thing. Apart from the title, I feel like a learnt a lot through the whole way that without the career path and all the people I shared my day at work, it wouldn’t have been posible.

Other games

Regarding the other games. We are still working in Summer Snow Day and Is This Still Tennis although these weeks had been a bit slower because of diferent reasons. But fear not! We will be back to our usual pace soon 🙂

Apart from those, I had been also working on a party game and I will be giving a few details soon. Probably on my next post so stay tuned!
